Track and Field Consultant
Theo distinguished himself as an all-conference long-distance runner while at Winthrop University. Following his bachelor's degree, he pursued a master's at Wake Forest University, where he competed on the Demon Deacon track and field team and later became a college coach. Currently, he works as a journalist for Runner's World Magazine and resides in Pennsylvania.

Earned his bachelor's from Haverford College, where he captained cross and track. He was a 6-time NCAA All-American and competed for Nike Oregon Club Elite. As a coach, he has trained NCAA record holders, national champions, and Olymp, and served as Head Coach for Team USA at the World Maccabiah Games, where he also won a Gold Medal.
